getInflationRate

getInflationRate方法返回当前周期的指定通胀值。

result字段为JSON对象，结构如下：

• total: <f64>, 总通胀
• validator: <f64>, 分配给验证人的通胀
• foundation: <f64>, 分配给基金会的通胀
• epoch: <f64>, 上述值有效的周期
