返回指定哈希区块内指定序号的叔伯信息。

• miner：挖矿奖励收益矿工地址
• difficulty：区块难度
• totalDifficulty：区块链总难度
• extraData：区块额外数据
• size：区块字节数
• gasLimit：区块gas上限
• gasUsed：区块使用的gas总量
• timestamp：区块时间戳
• uncles：叔伯区块哈希数组

注意：叔伯区块中没有交易信息。
